it happened last thursday near the intersection of new york and new jersey avenue. kristin fisher, fill it us. >> reporter: she is 34 years old, cynthia duckett charged with assault with intent to kill while armed with a vehicle. these court documents right here paint a picture of just a very jealous girlfriend who absolutely lost it when she saw her ex-boyfriend walking down the sidewalk with his new pregnant girlfriend. now, according to these court documents the couple was approached on the sidewalk by duckett who said, oh, she is pregnant. i'm going to cut the baby out of that...duckett got back in her car, hit the gas, jumped the curb and slammed into them. this is video from the scene the day that it happened. the 19-year-old female victim flew off the vehicle. police tracked her down and arrested her one day later. duckett's story says she blacked out after hitting her head and didn't remember what happened. the victims were transported to the hospital where the female victim who was seven months pregnant had to have an emergency c-section. the accident had c
